I genuinely enjoy the SS micro-needling facial. It is easy to use (follow the instructions), relaxation time at the time of day of own choosing.
The tiny tingling feeling whilst applying the first step and gently massaging is very pleasant. The mask sheet is cooling and soothing.
The only downfall of the kit - lack of serum. If you were to follow the instructions to a letter, the serum would last you just for one (maybe 2) application - syringes are half filled with air. Design fault? Intended? Which ever reason it is - it needs to be addressed and resolved. No way it’s been designed for 4 applications. This is where you have to start slipping away from the instructions and start using your own skincare after just one use of serum. Whether it has an effect on the final results or not is yet to be seen.
Overall I love the process and can’t wait to see the results.

Skin feels smoother but not change in appearance

The kit is easy to use and feels like a nice little bit of one self-care. My skin definitely feels smooth but there is no change in the appearance after 2 uses. Fine lines, blemishes and pigmentation are still exactly the same. The pigmentation initially looked slightly better but it was actually due to the redness after using the mask as it's now back to normal. So it's a nice exfoliating mask but definitely not as effective as salon microneedling. Perhaps if the collagen mask had options such as specific to pigmentation or acne (like in salons), it might be more effective to treat specific skin issues. Also, as others say, the serum is not enough.

I have only used the kit twice but I am loving the results so far. I bought the kit because I have large pores, acne marks and some dark spots. The kit is very easy to use. My skin feels great and I can definitely see some improvement. The one thing that could be better is the amount of serum supplied. I am barely using the serum and it last for 3 days total (not 3 days X2 as advised).

NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING

Really disappointed with this kit which is a shame as i love the nail kit! I bought this in place of getting botox after reading lots of positive reviews but can honestly say this has done nothing for me yet. I am on my third treatment and have not seen any noticeable difference in my skin texture, blemishes and fine lines, maybe the slightest improvement in my open pores but really nothing too noticeable.

I was very worried about using this as I’m on blood thinners but was treating to this set for Christmas. I finally did it after waiting two months and so glad I did. It’s very well presented. Once you have got it on it put some relaxing music on and enjoy. The process is online using a scan code. Would be nice to have it on paper as I’m old school but that’s just me! I’ve used 3 out of the 4 and my pores have got smaller. The only thing I would say is the serum is too small there seems to be an air bubble. I have got a little bit left but I reckon only one days worth for my next facial. I have ordered another as o thought I heard they was going to put in bigger ones but think this might be stock they might need to use first maybe? Customer service is amazing and I’ve used there nail kits for over a year now. My nails are much longer now.
