Apex Method - Instruction Video
The apex method is a different application technique that will help to keep the cuticle area clean and less thick. It's designed to give more support to the middle section of the nail plate to cope with long length.
The apex method consists of 5 layers:
- 1st Layer base coat + dip: Small strip halfway down the nail
- 2nd Layer base coat + dip: ¾ of the way up the nail
- 3rd Layer base coat + dip: ¾ of the way up the nail, extending almost all the way to the sides
- 4th Layer base coat + dip: Entire nail

5th Layer base coat + dip: Entire nail
Next you: - Apply 1st layer of activator (wait for 2 minutes)
- Buff the nail
- Apply a 2nd layer of activator (wait for 2 minutes)
- Apply 1st layer of Top coat (wait for 2 minutes)

Apply 2nd layer of top coat (wait for 2 minutes)
If your have every flexible nails yourself and they chip & crack easily you can add 2 extra layers. 1 half way down the nails & 1 layer over the full nail plate.
