VI. Right to Opt Out of Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorise to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability no more than twice within a twelve (12) month period. Your request must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify your identity and describe your request in enough detail for us to properly understand and respond to it.
Response Timing
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days.
We will respond to access, deletion, and correction requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to a further 45 days), we will notify you in writing within the initial 45-day period.
We will respond to opt-out requests within 15 business days of receipt.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
IX. Notice of Financial Incentive
Sassy Saints offers a 10% discount on your first order when you provide your email address through our signup prompt. This is a financial incentive as defined under the CCPA.
If you do not wish to participate, simply do not submit your email address. If you wish to withdraw from this incentive after signing up, please email wegotyou@sassysaints.com. Please note that withdrawing from the incentive means you will no longer have access to the discount, though you will continue to receive non-personalised promotions where available.
The 10% discount reflects the value of your participation. While Sassy Saints does not assign a specific monetary value to personal information, the discount is intended to represent a reasonable estimate of the value of the data provided, taking into account anticipated revenue generated from the relationship, the cost of providing the benefit, and other relevant factors, as permitted under the CCPA.
Where Sassy Saints offers sweepstakes, promotions, or other campaigns involving personal information, the material terms of each will be disclosed at the time of the offer and opt-in consent will be obtained before participation. You may opt out of any such programme at any time by following the instructions provided in the relevant terms.
X. Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law), California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.

We will respond within 30 days. Please note we are only required to respond to one such request per customer per calendar year.
