Defective products

The product itself is very good, but there are problems with the lid and brush, so they don't close properly and the brush comes off, so I have to use a different brush every time. It's a shame because I really like the product itself. Also, when I bought it from Instagram before, the purchase process was automatically completed and the order was completed with my previous address. I realized this right after completing the purchase process, so I applied to change my address, but I was told that it couldn't be changed even though it was right after I ordered, so I ended up buying the same product again. I wrote this review because the product itself is very good, but the service is very disappointing.

It’s good there are replacement but I don’t understand why we need it so often

It’s really good but the top coat is really strong and can’t used it until the next day other wise it ruin the hard work of doing a set of nails. The finish is good but it takes time and it very longs. I was super excited but now I am a little disappointed. My nail was thin and they grow well with the set on but underneath they seem to be very damaging splitting my nail and afraid infection as there had been sign. I’m not sure about it

I ordered the top coat and a spare brush, they work well

The product is really good, although I’m still having some issues with getting a consistent good quality application. This time the shipping took less than the first order I made which took ages, I’m very pleased with that.

Nail Manicure Kit Spare Brush (1 pc)

I purchased spare brush heads as no matter what I do the head goes hard with the top coat

I love the nail kit and am on my second one, my nails last between 3 to 4 weeks but the only negative thing is that the top coat brush goes hard every time even after the first nail and the top coat has bumps and lines which kind of ruins the overall look. I don’t have Facebook so can’t join the community and see if there’s any tips I can try.

The extra brushes are much needed.

I love my Sassy Saints manicure and the strength it gives to my nails while on. I do find the top coat difficult to work with given how easily the brushes harden and this can make or break my efforts for a good application. I always use the clean it solution but can still have issues with the brushes going hard despite following the instructions to the letter. However when it works out well I am delighted and usually get up to three weeks wear, until nail growth requires them to be re-done.
