Seems good - easily took off the nails

Seems like a good oil and primer and smells lovely. Be careful how you open it though, there is liquid in both ends and I manage to spill half of my primer everywhere opening it (maybe that's just me!)

Difficult to know top from bottom.

Sadly the wand doesn't let you know top from bottom. Using what I thought it was logical I opened using the short side as the handle. Well it was the other way around and it poor out so fast I verily had time to react to close it. The price is high when you realize how small the actual container is. It needs a better way to let you know top from bottom.

Some suggestions

As you know I am a fan of your system however I want to know if ALL the elements of the system are available to purchase INDIVIDUALLY as it seems like there is always at least one component that is malfunctioning, it would be very wasteful and expensive if you have to purchase an entire new set . For example at the moment the lid of my base coat is glued rigid shut so it means I can’t use the system at all.

Not worth it

I can see why this looks like a good idea, and it felt like the right thing to do to order it with the nail wraps but given the design of the packaging it’s quite easy to open the wrong end and get a spillage. This happened on my first set of nail wraps and there was so much oil on my hands it started lifting the wraps prematurely. Don’t think it’s worth the money as one end is like nail varnish remover and the other end is like cuticle oil. In very small quantities.

Lovely smell from the nourishing oil.

I had originally purchased this as part of a larger SN set. It’s a great product but due to it being a wand at either end with different functions (one a cuticle nourish oil, the other a primer) you have to be really careful how you open it. I couldn’t figure it out and as a result lost alot of the oil as it spilled. Having raised it with the SN team, they kindly sent a replacement. Great customer service.

Going forward, product design could be improved to avoid this happening. Perhaps a couple of arrows with ‘open this way’ would be productive.

I would recommend this product but be very careful when you open it.

It makes your nails feel nice...and it's the perfect finish for your new fresh set of nails.

Handy and nourishing

Loving the kit, the only downside for me is that I wish they’d last a little longer without the edges chipping, but at least I can easily touch them up. Looking forward to trying some new colours later in the year and would recommend the brand. Overall very happy with the quality look and the money it’s saving me.
