Kind team, always available to solve any issue

The overall experience is really good. Even if a delay occured, not for Sassy team fault but probably for the Christmas cahotic shipping period, the Sassy team was responsive to solve the problem and sent to me a new package. The package arrived 2 days ago and even if not tried yet the product, I would reccomend this to my bestie. Moreover, I decided to organize with them a manicure care moment with me and Sassy saints products just arrived!

Priority shipping didn’t need to bother

I added priority shipping to my order but didn’t need too as it arrived just as quick as normal. If you have a very large or expensive order then I would think it’s worth it for the insurance.

Haven't really noticed the difference

I love them, still haven't figured out how not to chip them in three weeks. Probably I'm making some mistakes in preparation phase. I would recommend it definitely

It was so much easier than expected. You just need to watch the video and if anything make sure you clean your cuticles in between dips. Then file file file until perfect 🤩. Told everyone about SS and they are impressed. Well done to SS for their great products.
