The overall experience is really good. Even if a delay occured, not for Sassy team fault but probably for the Christmas cahotic shipping period, the Sassy team was responsive to solve the problem and sent to me a new package. The package arrived 2 days ago and even if not tried yet the product, I would reccomend this to my bestie. Moreover, I decided to organize with them a manicure care moment with me and Sassy saints products just arrived!
