We’re so excited to be part of your brow routine! This Delicate Waxing Kit was made to make waxing those sensitive areas so much easier — with salon-quality results you can get at home, without the mess. You’ve totally got this — and we’ll be right here to guide you through every step of the way.

Here’s the secret to success: follow our instructions!

1. Prep the Device
For first-time use, follow these steps. If the device already has wax in the pot from a previous use, skip to Step 1.2.

1.1. Wax prep: Unscrew the lid and pour the wax beads into the pot, filling it up but leaving some space at the top to prevent overflow.

1.2. Heat the Wax: Plug the USB into a power source to begin heating the wax. This should take no longer than 15 minutes. A red light will appear to indicate the heating process, this light will turn green when the appropriate temperature has been reached.

1.3. Stir the wax: Using a spatula stir the wax to ensure the top layer heats as well as the bottom layer.

2 step - prep and important information.

step by step guide.
  • Make sure your legs are clean, dry, and free of oils or moisturiser
  • Ensure your hands are clean too.
  • Important information: Retinoids are powerful ingredients that are part of the Vitamin A family, commonly found in skincare. The use of retinoids can make skin more sensitive to waxing. If using ingredients such as Retinol, Tretinoin or anti-ageing products, we recommend to stop using these on the skin for 5-7 days before waxing to avoid grazing the skin. This product should not be used by people taking prescription retinoids.

Test the Wax Temperature

  • Apply a small amount of wax to the inner side of your wrist to check the temperature.
  • If it feels too hot, wait a few minutes and retest. If it’s too thick and dragging this means it is too cool, plug the device back in and retest after 5 minutes.
  • Remove the wax from testing by applying a wax strip on top of the wet wax, gently press down and pull off.

3 step - applying the wax to the sides of face.

step by step guide.

Important information:

  • When waxing yourself it is completely different to receiving a waxing treatment in a salon, this is why it is important to follow our instructions and only apply small areas of wax at a time.
  • For the best results, we recommend standing in front of a mirror during the treatment. This will help you clearly see all the hairs you're about to wax.
  • Always apply the wax in the direction that the hair grows.
Two illustrated steps for hair removal: 1) Apply strip to skin following hair growth direction. 2) Quickly remove strip in the opposite direction of hair growth.

Pro Tip:

When applying the wax, aim to extend the application slightly beyond where the hair starts growing, onto bare skin. This creates a clean edge, making it easier to grab and remove the wax strip. However, depending on the direction of hair growth, this might not always be possible, so adjust as needed for the best results.

You're all set to start waxing!

3.1 step - apply the wax.

step by step guide.

Using the reusable spatula provided in your kit, scoop a small amount of wax onto the spatula. Be careful not to pick up too much, as excess wax may spill or drip. Standing in front of a mirror, apply the wax onto the area, starting just below the hair line ending and dragging the wax down to where the hair growth ends.  Allow the wax to dry completely before proceeding.

3.2 step - remove the wax.

step by step guide.

Test the wax to see if it is dry, do this by gently tapping the applied wax, if it feels soft then it's not set yet. If it is hard it is set. Remembering that we have applied the wax in the direction of the hair growth, we must now remove it AGAINST the hair growth. Flick the bottom of the hard wax up with your finger at the smile line to create an area to hold/grab. Apply your non-dominant hand just past the wax and pull the skin taut. In one quickly, swift motion now pull the wax off with your dominant hand, against the hair growth. Apply pressure to the freshly waxed area to reduce the sting.

4 step - final touches

step by step guide.

Once the sides of your face are waxed, check for any stubborn hairs that may have been missed. You can easily tweeze these out with a pair of tweezers. Over time, you’ll find that waxing makes hair removal easier and your hair grows back thinner and less frequently.

5 step - soothe the skin.

step by step guide.

Using the post wax wipe included in the kit wipe over the entire waxed area, this will remove any sticky residue but also soothe the freshly waxed skin. Don’t bin this yet!

6 step - cleaning your device

step by step guide.

The leftover wax in your wax pot can be left to cool and harden, making it ready for reuse during your next waxing session.

If there are any wax spillages over the pot you can use your post wax wipe to wipe these away whilst the pot is still warm.

Always ensure you reapply the lid to keep your wax stored correctly.

7 step - aftercare advice.

step by step guide.

To keep your skin smooth and irritation-free after waxing, follow these simple tips:

  • Avoid heat for 24 hours – Skip hot baths, saunas, sunbeds, and intense workouts to prevent irritation.
  • No touching or scratching – Let your skin breathe and heal naturally without friction or bacteria from your hands.
  • Wear loose clothing – Tight fabrics can cause rubbing and irritation on freshly waxed skin.
  • Avoid scented products – Stick to gentle, fragrance-free cleansers and lotions to avoid reactions.
  • Exfoliate after 48 hours – Light exfoliation 2–3 times a week helps prevent ingrown hairs (avoid exfoliating immediately after waxing).
  • Moisturise daily – Hydrated skin stays smooth longer and reduces the chance of ingrown hairs.
