Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
This policy applies only to unused products.
To be eligible for a return:
If a product has been used, please refer to our Refund Policy for available options.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Due to hygiene standards, products that have been opened, used, or partially used are not eligible for return.
Products sealed for health and hygiene reasons are not eligible for return once the seal has been broken, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect storage are not eligible for return.
Returns may be refused if:
Proof of purchase is not provided
Items are returned without prior authorisation
Items are returned outside the stated timeframe
If a free gift was included with your order, it must be returned alongside the main item.
If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from any refund issued.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.
Faulty items do not need to be returned unless requested.
