This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations when you return a product purchased from Sassy Saints B.V. ("Sassy Saints", "we", "us"), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 78771307, with a registered office at Keizersgracht 62, 1015 CS, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

This policy applies to all customers worldwide, including customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

This policy covers both your statutory rights under applicable consumer law and our voluntary commercial guarantee. Your statutory rights are never affected or limited by this policy — our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, and goes further than the law requires.

I. Your Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and UK consumer law, customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. We extend this same 14-day right to all our customers worldwide, including customers in the United States, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

When the 14-Day Period Starts
14 days from the day you (or a person designated by you) physically receive the goods.

How to Withdraw
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You may:

Use the Model Withdrawal Form in Appendix A.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Important — Hygiene Exception for Opened Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Each Sassy Saints gel wrap is individually sealed for hygiene reasons. Once the individual seal on a wrap has been broken, that wrap cannot be returned under the withdrawal right.

Unopened, sealed gel wraps may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of those items.
Opened or used gel wraps cannot be returned under the withdrawal right.

If you've opened a product and are unhappy with it, you may still be covered by either our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee on first orders (see Section II) or your rights for faulty goods (see Section IV). Please contact us at wegotyou@sassysaints.com.

Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Timeline
We will process your refund within 14 days of:

Receiving the returned goods, or
Receiving proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will not charge any fee for the refund itself.

II. Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Orders Only)
In addition to your statutory rights above, we offer a voluntary 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first order, so you can try our Gel Wraps risk-free.
What's Covered

Applies exclusively to Sassy Saints Gel Wraps.
Applies exclusively to your first order with us, whether that order is a one-off purchase or the first delivery of a subscription. Subsequent orders are not covered by this guarantee but are still covered by your statutory rights (Sections I and IV).

If you're not happy within 100 days of receiving your first order, you may choose either a refund or a free replacement.

Your Options
Option 1 — Refund. A refund covering any unused, returned wraps in full, with a deduction equal to the per-unit price of any used wraps (up to a maximum of 2 used wraps).

Option 2 — Free Replacement. Two replacement gel wraps sent free of charge, so you can try again with our application tips.

How the Refund Is Calculated
If you've used up to 2 gel wraps from your first order and wish to return the remainder:
The cost of the used wraps (up to 2) will be deducted from your refund, calculated at the per-unit price of your order.

Any unused, sealed gel wraps returned to us will be refunded in full.

Conditions of the Guarantee
To qualify for the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

No more than 2 gel wraps from your order may have been used.
You contact our support team before returning anything, so we can offer personalised tips that may resolve the issue.

Any unused, sealed gel wraps from the order are returned to us at your expense.
The claim is made within 100 days of receiving your first order.

When the Guarantee Does Not Apply
The 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not cover:

Orders where more than 2 gel wraps have been used.
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect application beyond reasonable use.

Claims made outside the 100-day guarantee period.
Items where hygiene standards have been compromised.

If the guarantee doesn't apply to your situation, your statutory rights under Sections I and IV remain available.

III. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your gel wraps arrive damaged, faulty, or are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at wegotyou@sassysaints.com with:

Your order number
A description of the fault or damage
Photos of the damaged or faulty item

We will arrange, at no cost to you:

A replacement sent free of charge, or a full refund processed within 14 days.

No return is required for confirmed faulty items unless we have a specific reason to request one — in which case any return postage will be covered by us.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods are not limited to a short notification window. Under EU, UK, and applicable US law, you have longer-term rights in relation to goods that do not conform to the contract. Reporting issues promptly simply helps us resolve them faster.

IV. Rights of UK Customers
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights under UK law are the same as those described in Sections I and III above and are not limited by this policy.
For faulty goods, UK customers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

V. Rights of US Customers
If you are located in the United States, your consumer rights vary by state. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable federal or state law. The 14-day return right described in Section I is offered to US customers as a matter of our policy, in addition to any rights you may have under state law.

VI. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant photos if the item is faulty or damaged.

VII. Refund Method and Processing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.
We do not charge any administrative fee for processing a refund.

If you paid by card, your bank may take additional time to credit the refund to your account — this is outside our control.
