Put on 1 layer of Oil-based top coat and wait till it’s fully dry ( 2-4 min).

Apply Chrome Powder

Rub on the Chrome Powder for a full chrome effect. Use a clean brush to remove any excess powder.

Second Top Coat

Apply a second layer of Oil-based top coat and wait 2-4 min to dry.

Chrome Boost (Optional)

For a stronger chrome look, repeat the Chrome Powder and top coat process.

Chrome top washes away immediately.

Too much hassle for the outcomes

It is a ver slow process and after a second trial, I don't feel like it was worth it. Not only it takes forever to get my nails done following the instructions, but the final look is far from what the advertisement pictures show. Adding a second layer of chrome liquid and powder just kills the idea of the chrome look, it just looks shiny. My package had the labels mixed up for the silver and golden chrome powder. Four days later after application, the chrome colour is fading and note that I avoid water (i.e. when washing dishes or cleaning). This was the same case with my first trial. The actual dip powder is very nice, so I will continue to use it.

Love the chrome kit but didn’t receive the gold shimmer

I ended up receiving two of the pearl shimmers instead of one pearl and one gold :/ though didn’t realise until after I had opened and applied it! Very annoying as you can’t seem to buy the shimmers separately!

Disappointed

Ah I was so excited for this one… it’s so unfortunate that it’s not as great as I imagined. The chrome only remains true chrome until you put that top coat on. Then it becomes something entirely different - it’s not even pearly, it just looks scattered and you start questioning yourself why you put it on. And although I waited for a sale to come through, the chrome powders were still quite expensive and there’s so little of them. It’s so frustrating because I was really looking forward to this working and I spent a significant amount on getting different bases. By the way you can use any sassy saints base you’ve already got - they don’t need to be chrome bases specifically, that’s just a marketing ploy to get you to spend more money - like I did. Team, please don’t put something for sale until you’ve really made it perfect - it ruins it for the people that have been with you from the start and who expect the quality to be decent.
