Misleading sales and terrible product

They automatically sign you up to a subscription that is almost impossible to cancel (I'm still trying) and the gel wraps are less than useless - they're literally just expensive stickers that peel straight off even when you spend ages applying and following the instructions to the letter.

Quality and convenience in 1

I was looking for a kit to keep at the office and I am so glad I chose this one. The tools are great quality and this will last a long time.

It's okay.. was hoping for more

I think it costs a bit too much for what it is. Some of the tools have very thin handles and it makes them quite hard to hold steady and precisely. One tool, the v shaped tool that removes dead skin, is really not a very good one. I have one from another company that works very well and it's been very useful for me.
In all honesty this is not the best sassy saints product.
The quality of the pouch is great, and some of the tools as well.

Great products

I love the dip powders and how easy it is to apply. The tutorials are very helpful, but should emphasise how important the filing part is to get that smooth shiny finish. The manicure kit is fab for making sure you do all the correct prep, so my nails last longer.

It was average

First manicure set I was sent had a damaged exterior and faulty zip. Customer service was excellent and was promptly sent a replacement. New set is good, the zip is clearly quite cheap and easy to break so just leaving it open.

Bad quality

I bought this kit in hopes that it could replace an old Sephora one that I’ve been using for the past 7-8 years. Unfortunately, the quality of this kit is very low. The tools are not sharp at all. In fact, the klippers in my old kit, that I’ve been using regularly for years, are still sharper than the ones in the brand new Sassy Saints kit… I’m giving two stars only because it looks pretty and some of the tools, other than the clippers, work fine.
