Not really velvet matte
I was super excited about having a matte top coat but I was expecting the velvet matte finish, this one doesn’t give it - it is less shiny that the regular coat but I wouldn’t call it matte. I still love all my sassy saints ☺️ love how practical it is!!!

Honestly, this is much easier to apply than regular top it & it looks wonderful too!

I’ve only used it once, did the same approach as if it was the top it, it was nearly as shiny.

Great matte finish, though smooths to shiny after a few days
Great matte finish initially, but smoothed over after a few days to much shinier look. It might work to reapply mid mani!
I would still recommend to friends (and have!) as I still got 2+ weeks out of my set as they looked great both matte and a bit smoother.
Slightly tricker to get an even finished when applying than normal top coat.

So pleased I’ve found sassy saints manicure set, I’ve had compliments on my nails, I was so conscious of having my nails done with the uv lamp, and now I don’t have to…happy days
