Damaged and missing items

My package came damaged so did one product. Customer service resolved it with no problems and sent a replacement. The package was missing promo items that were advertised, after mentioning it they did send some of the promo items but not all. Other than that the product works well and I have no issues with it.

My new holy grail!

I tried my first Sassy Saints manicure the other week and loved it! It took time to do, yes, but I could walk away and use my hands once it was done, rather than being hesitant to touch anything 3+ hours after I’d finished painting my nails with regular polish. My dominant hand started to chip on the odd nail about a week and half in and one nail started to lift around the same time, but the rest looked fine - I just removed it so I could try another colour!
I’ve already got two of my friends to try it out!

Such a good product l, easy to use!

I watched the tutorials before I started which definitely helped. The whole process was easy.
My only issue was that two of the bottle lid brushes were stuck so when I untwisted the lid came off but the brush was still in the activator and base. Had to use the spare brush and try and fix the other one.
Ive had my nails on for 3 weeks and they have not chipped and have grown loads! I will be removing today and have looked at all the hints and tips in Sassy Saints Community.
A game changer for me as gels did chips after two weeks, but these are still going strong!!!
The reason I have given 4 star is because of the issue with the brushes being stuck and not being able to open them properly.

Fantastic product - it works wonderfully and makes my nails much stronger. There are also incredibly helpful instructional videos on their website and YouTube channel. It’s a little time consuming on the first go, but it seems like it will get easier with each use (this is my first attempt).
