The subscription is a con!

The product is nice but there’s no mention throughout the journey that this is a subscription model. There also no reminders sent, money is taken out of your account without notice.
The product itself is good but this isn’t the way to treat customers.

Great!

I love the ease of putting on these nail wraps. They look beautiful and professional when on. I’m still having trouble making them last more than a week. I’m a very hands-on person always washing my hands and at the swimming pool and I think this may be something to do with it. It will be interesting to try them on holiday when I am not doing all the everyday tasks to see if they last longer, but overall I like them.

I have been signed up to a subscription without it being clear

It’s very annoying when you want to make a one off purchase but get signed up to a subscription service without it being clear. I should have had to click a button to agree to being signed up.

Do not work for short nails

My nails are short and I could not get the tips to wrap on my nails. They didn't really cure on the top - followed directions exactly and also had a friend try it for me. I don't know if you have to have long nails for the tops to wrap but I think you'd have to at least have some length. They were also impossible to cut with the scissors included, I suggest using higher quality clippers or scissors. Overall, very disappointing.

Do not deal with this dreadful company

Inadvertently signed up for a product that is difficult to use on a repeat order. I’ve been trying to cancel it three months they tell me to return the ones I don’t want but won’t give me return details and just keep taking money out of my bank every month. Avoid like the plague.

Easy to apply, look great at first but only lasted a week, even when being careful.

Don’t waste your money

This product does not stay on the nail after applying heat. I followed all directions but these still came off in the shower. They started lifting the following day at the edges. My other issue was that I did not realize this was a subscription service and that I would get charged monthly and sent the exact same order repeatedly. That was very sneaky and frustrating.
