Good enough product but the casing is frustrating

Good enough product but the casing is frustrating - accidentally spilt the product all over me and therefore lost most of the products worth! I have seen others have experienced the same - I think the packaging could do with a re-think.

Great applicator and easy to apply before and after the Gel Wraps

Due to my inexperience with the application process, i had several failed attempts on my first few nails. The "sticking power" once the primer was applied was noticable to me. Similarly, when i first tried removing the gel wraps, i thought because there was a little bubble near the edge that they would just pry up but using the remover oil made it both eaiser and left my nails feeling nourished!

Convenient

great idea however I opened it wrong on the primer side and half spilled out. So I didn’t pick up the Wanda branch from the center.

Oil was good. Primer did nothing to keep nails on

It was not easy. The nails did not stay on and the sizes did not fit my nail. It am sorry, this product was not for me.

The double sides confuse me lol. Not the easiest to use.

Live your product but I find the lighter colors chip easily and don’t last as long as the darker shades.

Seems good - easily took off the nails

Seems like a good oil and primer and smells lovely. Be careful how you open it though, there is liquid in both ends and I manage to spill half of my primer everywhere opening it (maybe that's just me!)

Difficult to know top from bottom.

Sadly the wand doesn't let you know top from bottom. Using what I thought it was logical I opened using the short side as the handle. Well it was the other way around and it poor out so fast I verily had time to react to close it. The price is high when you realize how small the actual container is. It needs a better way to let you know top from bottom.

Some suggestions

As you know I am a fan of your system however I want to know if ALL the elements of the system are available to purchase INDIVIDUALLY as it seems like there is always at least one component that is malfunctioning, it would be very wasteful and expensive if you have to purchase an entire new set . For example at the moment the lid of my base coat is glued rigid shut so it means I can’t use the system at all.
