How to Use in 6 Easy Steps.

Test the temperature
Roll the device on your wrist to test if the temperature is right.

Roll in desired spots.

Great, but please make refills available separately otherwise value is lost

As usual, very impressed with Sassy Saints' waxing kit kit. The was applies very easily, grips hair well and results are great. So simple to use. The cartridge did take longer than advised to heat, but that's not a real problem for me.
I bought one set so I could try it out, seeing that there were options for larger numbers of refills. Unfortunately it was only when I went to re-purchase that I realised you can't buy refills without buying the whole set. This seems very odd, and perhaps SS were testing out how popular this would be first(?), but having to buy the whole set again means the set is no longer good value. I dont want to have multiple rollers wasted.
Also, I'm 5'8 but wax regularly so hair fairly fine, and the cartridge didnt quite finish the job (full legs).
Please please make the refills available separately!! Otherwise this is a great product but ends up not worth the money and hassle of doing it yourself, in my view. I'll keep an eye out!

Easy to use but no refills

Bought this item during the sale. It is easy to use and generated a nice even strip that did the job on my legs. I did look for replacement wax and am disappointed to see it doesn't currently seem to be available separately from the unit!

Pretty good

Works well, takes a while to heat up and for wax to start rolling, but once it’s working it does a good job. I find it useful to plug it in between wax strips to keep wax warm.

Wax heater took longer than 10 mins to heat up

Waxing device took around 15/20 minutes to heat up not the 10 minutes that was advertised. One cartridge did half legs, rather expensive as you have to keep buying the cartridges... which they do not sell separately. I followed the video step by step and soaked the lid in hot water when I was done but there were still wax on the device. It seems like Sassy saints rushed to launch this product without thinking about the customer this time around. It's a no from me! The QR code on my box linked me to a nail/eyebrow tutorial not a wax tutorial so I had to google the link separately.

I really struggled to use this kit. Had to heat it 3 times before it would work. Followed the instructions to letter but it left my keg very sore and sticky. I'm not sure how I'm gping to get the wax off! Think I'll stick with my epliator which is less painful than this
