Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If bonding occurs on the skin, do not pull apart. Soak in warm soapy water and gently peel apart.
Before using our Dip Manicure Set, it is essential to carry out a patch test on one nail to ensure you have no allergies or sensitivities, including a reaction known as "dip flu."
What Is Dip Flu?
Dip flu refers to an allergic-like reaction some individuals experience due to exposure to dip powder fumes or ingredients. Symptoms may include coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, or nasal congestion. Although not common, it’s important to take precautions to ensure your safety.
How to Perform a Patch Test:
Apply the products to one nail, following the instructions on our website.
Monitor the area for 24-48 hours for any signs of irritation, redness, swelling, or discomfort.
If you experience any adverse reactions or symptoms of dip flu, discontinue use immediately, remove the product if possible and consult a medical professional.
A: Start by gently pushing back your cuticles using the cuticle pusher.
Why:
Pushing back your cuticles creates a clean, smooth nail surface for better polish adhesion. It also prevents infection and gives nails a well-groomed appearance.
Repeat on all nails.
B: With the other side of the cuticle pusher, remove all dead tissue from the nail. Make sure there is no white tissue left.
Why:
If there is dead tissue left on the nail it can cause pre-mature lifting by preventing the base coat to adhere to the nail surface.
Repeat on all nails.
C: Use the fine side of the nail file and file your nails in the desired shape.
Repeat on all nails.
D: Now buff the entire nail plate with a VERY light pressure from the cuticle to the tip with the SMOOTH side (beige with Sassy Saints logo) of the nail file.
Don’t forget to file the sidewalls and the free edge (tip of the nail) to make sure the nail will adhere properly on all areas of the nail and not just one the side.
Once fully buffed, remove all dust with the powder brush.
Why:
This process is called ‘etching’ and will help the Two-in-One coat adhere much better.
However, don’t file too hard, the nail consists of around 100 layers, and filing too hard can remove approximately 30–50 of these, leading to damage, thinning, and increased sensitivity.
Repeat on all nails.
E: Once you are done with the etching and your nails look all matt, apply the primer to your nails plate to prevent lifting.
Allow your nails to dry and from this point on avoid touching them to keep them clean.
Why:
If you now touch them with your fingertips, your nail plate will get oily again and this will undo all the prep you’ve done and will cause pre-mature lifting.
Repeat on all nails.
A: Stir through the powder with your cuticle pusher.
Why:
This makes sure that there are no clumps in the powder and application will be smooth.
B: Grab the two-in-one coat brush and swirl off any excess liquid in the neck of the bottle.
When taking the brush out of the bottle, stay on 1 side of the bottle only.
Why:
This helps to prevent product build-up in the bottle cap which could cause your bottle to get stuck and not being able to open it the next time.
Repeat this step every time you take your brush out of the bottle.
C: Apply a thin & even layer of the two-in-one coat across the entire nail in long strokes with a light pressure.
Don’t forget to cover the sidewalls and cap of the free edge (tip of the nail).
Then dip your finger into the chrome base powder at a 45 degree angle (submerge the whole nail).
Tap off any excess powder and if any areas appear wet, then redip without applying more two-in-one coat. Your nails should look fully dry when you take them out of the pot.
Repeat this step on all nails.
D: Dust off any excess powder with the powder brush.
Repeat this step on all nails.
E: Take your cuticle pusher and clean up around the cuticles and around the sidewalls.
This to make sure the powder doesn’t come into contact with the skin.
Why:
When the nail grows the skin and cuticle do not grow alongside the nail and any product that has touched the cuticle or skin then has a bit sticking up where it was attached to skin and that is how lifting/cracking and chipping can begin.
Repeat this step on all nails.
F: Repeat the application of the two-in-one coat + dip, 3 more times per nail. (Step B-E)
So you have 4 layers of two-in-one coat + dip per nail in total.
Why:
4 base layers + dip will ensure maximum durability and strength! If you apply only 2 or 3 layers, your nails are very likely to chip as there is not enough strength.
Also, if at the end of this your nails look a bit clumpy, don’t worry! We’re going to fix that in a bit!
A: Now apply a very generous layer of hardener over the entire surface of the nail and make sure to cover the sides and the tips thoroughly. You cannot use too much of this step. The hardener is safe for skin contact, so be generous and don’t be afraid to touch your skin.
Why:
The hardener initiates a reaction with the Two-in-One coat, solidifying the powder and forming a cohesive, hard surface that strengthens the nails and makes them more resistant to chipping or cracking.
Repeat this step on all nails.
Allow it to dry for 2 minutes.
B: Now that the nail is hardened we are going to use the smooth side of your nail file to file over the entire nail surface smoothing out any bumps.
Make sure you take your time for the filing stage. Your nails should look 100% smooth and even after filing.
After you’ve filed them correctly, you dust away any dust with your powder brush
Repeat this step on all nails.
C: Now that your nail is 100% even, you apply a 2nd layer of hardener, covering the sides and the tips again as well.
Repeat this step on all nails.
Allow it to dry for 2 minutes.
D: To prevent the two-in-one coat brush to harden wash your hands in lukewarm water, dry them thoroughly and wait 3+ minutes before moving to Step 4.
A: Apply a thin layer of the two-in-one coat to your entire nail.
Repeat this step on all nails.
Allow it to dry for 2 minutes.
B: Apply a 2nd layer of the Two-in-one coat to your entire nail.
Repeat this step on all nails.
Allow it to dry for 2 minutes.
Is this your first time?
Do 5A to 5C one nail at a time + make sure to read and watch all the videos first before you start.
A: Start with just your thumb!
Take the chrome top and apply a thin layer over the entire thumb nail plate. Make sure to not forget the side walls and top of the nails tip.
Set a timer for EXACTLY 2 minutes
B: Dip the chrome applicator in the chrome dust and gently rub over the entire thumb nail surface EXACTLY 2 minutes after you applied the Chrome Top.
It’s really important
Simply make sure you add a nice thin layer of the chrome dust on the entire nail.

C: Wipe off any excess chrome with the clean side of your chrome applicator and make sure to really rub it in.
D: Now repeat 5A to 5C on all nails one at a time.
E: Now we’re going to apply a 2nd layer of chrome and we’ll repeat the process by starting with the thumb again.
Take the chrome top and apply a thin layer over the entire thumb nail plate. Make sure to not forget the side walls and top of the nails tip.
Set a timer for EXACTLY 2 minutes

A: Nourish the cuticles & skin with cuticle oil
