Terrible ordering system

It was completely unclear that I was signing up to a subscription.

Disappointed with the wraps.

They are too soft and bendy to file and the cut ends don't stick down for longer than 1 day. I won't be buying anymore. Prefer dips with tips . Wraps don't look nice on shorter nails either.

You are cheaters.

Your product is horrible and your communication unclear. I subscribed to a membership I didn't want and when I contacted you, you replied with an automated email that showed that I am not the only one. You do it on purpose.

When I placed my original order it was not made clear that I was signing up to a subscription. At no point during checkout did it clearly state that I was agreeing to recurring monthly charges for gel wraps.

A few weeks later I was charged again for another order that I had not chosen. The only email I received beforehand looked like a promotional message asking me to “pick my next set”, which did not make it clear that this was part of a subscription or that I would be charged automatically.

After contacting customer service they did cancel the subscription, but only after the next order had already been processed and shipped. I have now been told I must return the items in order to receive a refund, even though I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription in the first place.

This whole experience felt misleading and frustrating. Customers should be clearly informed if they are signing up to a subscription before payment is taken.
