I purchased one of your kits around 3 months ago.
The first time I used it, the kit was perfect! Did everything right and my nails looked amazing without any chips for 5 weeks!!!
The second time I used it all of the brush for sticking the powder went hard before I had finished coating a nail in one stroke! Even when I cleaned it, and made sure that the first coat was all over my nail, the powder stuck haphazardly and left me with uneven blobs in my nails.
Please can you tell me how to fix this or send a replacement base coat so I can use my kit
I would love to be able to use this kit again if I can get it working correctly

Great Nail package but currently taking sometime to get used to it but I’ll get there. Instructions were detailed and spot on. Think you needed to provide removal kit with it too even just to get the first lot off. Not sure if removal / cleaning pads are supposed to be included but there were none. Not tried the lash kit yet.

I completely misunderstood how the experience would go. I was expecting the lashes to be difficult but they were very simple and the look is great. Whilst the nails which I thought I’d find easy are fiddly, very time consuming to do and barely last towards 2 weeks unfortunately

Overall, the products are decent , but the applicators that come with the kits are very low quality , and all broke before I could even finish my eyelashes and nails.

it was pretty easy to get into and i loved the process for both the nails and the lashes. the tape adhesive was a pain to use but that was my one and only tiny complaint, but i got the hang of it by the end. the lashes have lasted me so long so far!! the nails come off/ start chipping before that 3 week point but they’ve made my nails feel so strong and i’m less stressed about my actual nail breaking which is nice. I already have recommended this to a few friends and family so def get on it !!
